This place is wonderful. The receptionists and clinicians are kind, understanding, truly listen to you, and provide effective treatments. Frequently, they can see you on short notice. Dr. Kwong, in particular, is wonderful: knowledgeable, friendly, transparent in his communication (no medical edubabble) and seeks feedback about treatment. Highly recommended!!

I LOVE THIS CLINIC!!! Staff are awesome! My Doctor is amazing! I was living on my couch crying in pain every day. If not for Dr Ma and nerve block, I don't want to think about it. I'm so grateful to be able to walk and function like a normal person.

Dr. Shannon Ferguson - Naturopath, is an amazing doctor. She is helping me with my gut issues and other issues connected to it. She understands me well and my needs. She has so many alternative methods which are cheaper as well as pricey, quicker results or slow - so she suggests you all the alternatives and you can decide whichever you are comfortable, which is very rare to see in doctors these days. I read a lot of reviews regarding naturopaths who suggests you number of tests, etc, but I am happy Dr. Ferguson is different.

Lyza and Gurdeep along with reception ladies are very polite and professional. I recommend this location. Gave very good service.

The girls on front desk are very rude and have no customer service ethics. If it wasn't for one Doctor that I see on a regular basis, I would not go there. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to Toronto Poly Clinic. It is best to find out if the doctor has other locations to go to.

Mississauga location: these people are lifesavers. If it wasn't for the treatments I receive here, I'd be dead in 6 months. It is obvious to me that Dr. Akef is extremely competent. Noreen at the front desk is a shining star but everyone here is terrific and I always look forward to my visits.

I suffered from chronic back pain for years I was finally referred to Neupath.Neupath has changed how much pain I am dealing with. I used to be a 10/10 pain level now I am 4-7 out of 10. I really love the efficiency of the appointments and the knowledge of the doctors.My doctor got into this specialty because he himself was suffering from chronic pain and wanted to help people in pain and I really respect someone that can do what they love help people . My doctor gives me nerve block injections in my back and let me tell you I look forward to my appointments it’s the highlight of my week it’s the day the pain dissipates.If you’re in pain don’t hesitate make an appointment with your GP and get a referral. I am glad my wife also attends she is terrified of needles and she actually looks forward to them but our doctor is so gentle he is the only person she allows without hesitation to give her injections.
